Achil is a platform entirely dedicated to the sale of products from Morteau – France local brand,Based on the operation of Click&collect, Achil offers customers a seamless channel to procure goods from their preferred local merchants. Meanwhile, for merchants, Achil serves as an effective means to foster customer connections and streamline order management processes.

To deliver a seamless experience, we built a hybrid architecture. Flutter powers customer apps, React JS drives customer and merchant websites, while Sylius and API Platform form the e-commerce middleware. The platform is hosted on AWS with a MySQL database for scalability and data management. This structure ensures a flexible and streamlined experience for all users.

Results

Achil’s platform has been elevated through a Sylius-powered transformation driven by an agile, global team. This collaboration included front-end and back-end developers, a technical lead, a business analyst, quality control experts,  and a project manager.  We delivered a seamless experience across four integrated apps:

• Customer Mobile App/Website: Effortless ordering, recipe customization, flexible delivery (Click & Collect, Drive), and real-time order tracking.
• Shop Dashboard App (Tablet): Streamlined order management for shop staff, including real-time updates, order prioritization, and ingredient management.
• Shop Manager Web Portal: Comprehensive shop management tools for product listings, financial status, delivery zones, and more. Administrator Portal: Powerful platform-wide control for marketplace administrators, spanning financials to merchant management.
